Cat lovers, find another article, this won’t interest you because I’m talking DOGS!!! Man’s (and woman’s) best friend, the ultimate lovers, the most loyal companions, and honestly, the cutest little guys ever!

I’ve always been a dog lover, and I’ve always had dogs around, until now. I’m at my adult age, so I’m officially out of my parent’s house and living on my own, a major downside to that – I don’t get the “family” (my baby) dog, Dana with me anymore.

She is my best friend, the sweetest girl ever, I could never replace her place in my heart, BUT I really want another dog, of my own.

I’m lonely and I need a real friend

Sure, I have my friend and people to talk to, but they don’t compare to the constant loves a dog would give me! The bond between a dog and its owner is unbreakable.

My mood will always be good

I have days where I just wake up feeling “blah” but waking up with puppy breath and a wagging tail will make me happy all day!

A puppy will keep me on my toes

Sometimes I have boring days, or should I say just lazy days, with a puppy who doesn’t get a chance to do much. While it’s nice to kick back and relax every now and then, I’m afraid I’ve been doing too much lately, and the “only thing” that can kick me into gear is a dog! *Wink*

I want a baby”

I am too young and definitely not ready to have a child, but I want one. Suits me better? A dog. My own little fur baby to care for, love, teach and watch grow. I would be the ultimate dog mom.

I don’t take no for an answer

I want a dog, I need a dog, and while others say it’s not the best time, I disagree. There is no right or wrong time to adopt a best friend, a baby, a family member. Plus, besides, when I hear no, it hurts my feelings, so there’s that…

To whomever it may concern, I just really want to get a puppy. So please listen to my 5 very vague reasons and open your heart. Think of the cute paws, the big, sad eyes of the puppy dog, the endless cuddles and JUST YES!!!
