BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri filed a complaint against TRC MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla on Friday, hours after his house was reportedly attacked by Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) members.

BJP MP Arvind Dharmapuri challenged TRS MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections against him.
By Apoorva Jayachandran : Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Arvind Dharmapuri filed a supplementary complaint against Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) and CM Chandrashekar Rao’s daughter Kavitha Kalvakuntla hours after his home was reportedly vandalized by the TRS box in Hyderabad on Friday.
“We are filing an additional complaint on the incident that happened today with the help of the legal team and lawyer Karunasagar,” said the BJP MP.
The additional complaint was followed by the verbal altercation that erupted between the BJP MP and TRS MLC after the former’s home was attacked.
Dharmapuri, lashing out at Kavitha, had said that she spoke with so much ego and pride and that KCR, KTR and Kavitha had unnecessary and exaggerated pride and ego.
Later, in response to the BJP MP’s remark, Kavitha said that if the BJP MP made derogatory remarks against her, she would not hesitate to hit him with her slippers in the streets of Nizamabad.
The protest and vandalism by the TRS members came after MP Arvind alleged that MLC Kavitha was in contact with Congress.
The BJP MP challenged the Telangana CM’s daughter to run against him in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
“The TRS guys resorted to brutal hooliganism in looting the house. The attack was masterminded by top leaders whose complicity is clear,” said BJP General Secretary Tarun Chugh, who led the attack on the BJP’s residence. member of parliament convicted.
