Fruits with a low glycemic index are fruits with a glycemic index of less than 55. So eating in moderation will help you lose weight.”

Mangoes can be good for your health in more ways than just aiding weight loss. They can also help strengthen your immune system. “Mangoes are a great source of vitamins C and A, which can be good for eye health and the immune system. Folic acid, vitamin K, vitamin E and a number of B vitamins are also found in the fruit. These vitamins play many important roles in the body,” explains dietician Shikha Kumari.
