This week, Girls Aloud will come together at a charity event. Further, it remembers their late bandmate Sarah Harding, who passed away tragically from cancer at 39. It doesn’t feel right without her, Kimberley Walsh says, revealing that the trio has decided not to sing together on occasion.
It is simply so difficult to understand that she is no longer here. Instead, the girls have invited Chrissie Hynde, Ricky Wilson, Sarah’s St. Trinian’s movie co-star, friend Olly Alexander, and Years & Years singer and actor to perform.
Kimberley has been organizing the event because she could not accompany Cheryl Tweedy, Nicola Roberts, and Nadine Coyle on a charity walk earlier this year.
We’re both going to have a fan girl moment
Ibiza was where Kimberley was for her mother’s 70th birthday. And she admits that she was sorry to miss it. The trek was a unique activity. However, we also have the gala, on which we have been working for more than a year.
When we spoke with Sarah before she passed away, she wished for us to make as much money as possible for charitable causes. Sarah with breast cancer in 2020. and passed away on September 5 of that year. She requested that they organize an event or gala for her before she passed away.
Girls Aloud Raise Money for Cancer Research
The goal is to raise money for research overseen by Sarah’s oncologist. It will examine why so many women have cancer at such an early age.
People moving on with their lives when Sarah is gone been difficult. That’s challenging since her family and friends never stop thinking about her. Nothing can bring her back, but she is a part of our everyday lives.
Kimberley also hopes that they will generate enough money to support cancer research. Particularly the Dr. Sacha Howell research project for the Sarah Harding Breast Cancer Appeal.
We need to dress up and go out more
For the party, the girls will dress in their fanciest garb. The celebrity stopped dressing up for glitzy occasions after the birth of Nate, her third kid, 16 months ago. Bobby, 7, and Cole, 5, are her and her husband’s other children. But Kimberley is now prepared to resume going on dates with Justin.
Kimberley has been organizing their tenth anniversary since they tied the knot in 2016. after spending 16 years together. She describes her wedding as the most incredible, magical wedding, and it took place in Barbados. We often discuss it, and what a fantastic time we had.
We intend to return because it will be our tenth wedding anniversary in a few years. By then, the infant will be four years old, making that the ideal age. We chartered a boat the day following the wedding and had a blast.
So, we’ll do that, and anyone who wants to attend is welcome. Kimberley co-hosts the BBC show Morning Live with Gethin Jones along with her clothing line.
