Islamabad High Court stopped banking court from adjudicating Imran Khan’s bail application

Islamabad (Quadrat Daily) The Supreme Court has blocked the Bank Court from adjudicating Imran Khan’s bail application until February 22.
He ordered to appear in court at 3:30 pm today and said that if Imran Khan does not appear in court, the law will take its course. Imran Khan filed a petition with the Islamabad High Court against the decision of the bench court. Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kiani and Judge Tariq Jahangiri of Abadhai District Court heard the application. The court issued an order preventing the banking court from adjudicating Imran Khan’s bail application until February 22. Lawyer Imran Khan said in court that provisional bail was obtained on Oct 17, Wazirabad incident took place on Nov 3, immunity was applied for 6 times after the incident and 2 times before the incident. During the hearing, Judge Mohsin Akhtar Kiani smilingly asked lawyer Imran Khan that you mention 70 years old as advanced age.
