By Anindita Mukherjee: Today is Prabhas Day! The Southern superstar is celebrating his birthday on October 23 and wishes for the actor are pouring in from all corners. Prabhas fans know that he is a giver. So on his birthday, the superstar took to social media and dropped a new poster of him from his upcoming movie, Adipurush, as his gift to fans.
PRABHAS DROPS NEW ADIPURUSH POSTER ON HIS BIRTHDAY
Prabhas turned 42 on October 23. The wishes of celebrities and fans are pouring in on his special day. However, the Southern superstar treated his fans to a new poster of Adipurush. The actor, who plays Lord Ram in the film, was seen in the foreground while a VFX-created vanar sena (monkey army) stood behind him in the background.
Sharing the same, he wrote: “Maryada Purushottam Prabhu Shree Ram #Adipurush appears IN THEATERS on January 12, 2023 in IMAX & 3D! (sic).” Director Om Raut also shared the new poster on Twitter and wished Prabhas his birthday.
HOW DID FANS RESPOND?
Fans loved Adipurush’s new poster as usual. They also praised the same and wished Prabhas on his birthday as well.
ADIPURUSH TEASER
The Adipurush teaser was revealed on October 2. The teaser started with Prabhas as Lord Ram in deep meditation underwater as demons from all sides surrounded him. He took his arrow and aimed at them. Soon after, Saif Ali Khan appeared as Lankesh. Meanwhile, Lord Ram was shown to be accompanied by his own army, which included Laxman and Lord Hanuman with the vaanar sena. Kriti Sanon appeared in a brief glimpse as Sita.

ABOUT ADIPURUSH
Adipurush is a mythological drama, based on The Ramayana, that celebrates the ‘victory of good over evil’. The biggie has a strong cast that includes Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh. Adipurush will hit theaters on January 12, 2023.
