By Grace Cyril: Sivarkarthikeyan has won hearts with his latest performance Prince. Despite competition from Mohanlal’s Monster and Karthi’s Sardar, the film has managed to take over the box office. Prince is a romantic entertainer directed by Anudeep KV. It did quite well over the Diwali weekend. Prince also scores well internationally.

Sivarkarthikeyan’s Prince released on October 21. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala said Prince is doing well in the US. His tweet read: “US Box Office: Saturday, October 22 #Diwali Tamil New Releases 1. #Sardar: $72K / $141,586 2. #Prince: $35K / $116,552 (sic).”

Sivakarthikeyan, who last appeared in Don, is back with his latest film, Prince. On October 9, the actor shared the Prince trailer on Twitter. The video revolves around what happens when his character in the film falls in love with a British girl. The trailer also features slick one-liners, the hallmark of a typical Sivakarthikean film.
