By Manjeet NegicDefense Minister Rajnath Singh will launch ‘Maa Bharati Ke Sapoot’ (MBKS) website for the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund (AFBCWF) during a function at the National War Memorial Complex in New Delhi on Oct. 14.
The AFBCWF is a Tri-service fund used to provide immediate ex-gratia financial assistance to the survivors and relatives of Battle Casualties.

The Chief of Defense Staff, all three Service Chiefs, Param Vir Chakra (PVC) winners and other prominent Ministry of Defense officials, business leaders, bank presidents and directors, sports field personnel and celebrities are expected to attend the function.

Occasionally, the ten relatives of fallen heroes and soldiers who were eliminated during active military operations will also be congratulated. Parents and relatives of many war-decorated soldiers are also invited.
While the Government of India has established a large number of welfare schemes for soldiers who have been killed or disabled during active military operations as part of their conscription, there is strong public sentiment and requests from patriotic citizens, industrial captains company chiefs, to contribute. to the cause of the well-being of the soldiers and their families, the ministry said in the statement.
This website is being launched to help patriotic Indians work together in this noble cause.
