It is now certain that Sunset season 5 will be sold. Season 4 of The Walking Dead premiered on the streaming service this winter, and the cast has announced that there will be a lot more to look forward to in the future, as Season 5 is also on the way.

Is there a season 5 trailer for Sunset sale?
Yes, from April 8! Netflix has released the first teaser for season five of Stranger Things, and as predicted, there will be plenty of drama to dig our teeth into. From Chrishell and Jason’s romance to the opening of the new office in Oppenheim and a group vacation to Greece, this episode has it all! A new real estate agent, Chelsea, has been hired and Mary fits into her new position as management assistant. Exciting!
When will the fifth season of Selling Sunset come out?
It’s a big problem! Season five of Selling Sunset will premiere later this month. April, you are right! Christine Quinn shared the exciting news on her Instagram account, writing, “Selling Sunset Season 5 will be released on April 22!”
Netflix said that “SUNSET SEASON 5 SALE WILL BE RELEASED ON APRIL 22.”
Mary Fitzgerald announced in mid-December that the shooting had been completed. “Many hugs today as we are all done with Season 5!” she said alongside a photo of The Oppenheim Group headquarters.
Chrishell Stause also just snapped an Instagram pic to congratulate fans on the success of the recently released Season 4, and she took to the comment section to share some information about the highly anticipated Season 5.
In the words of one fan, “They should just release season 5 right away so you guys can film season 6-10 right away lol.”
Chrishell then responded by writing, “Luckily Season 5 won’t be long! We just finished filming!” To be quite honest, this is exactly the kind of great news we need right now.
Seasons 4 and 5 appear to have been filmed sequentially, so it’s reasonable to expect that the fifth season won’t be far behind the fourth, which premiered on November 24 of this year.
Similarly, Seasons 2 and 3 were previously published quite in quick succession, with the former coming out in May 2020 and the latter in August of the same year, so it looks like we’ll get another short gap between the Seasons 4 and 5 release dates ( let’s hope).
Plus, Jason Oppenheim recently unveiled a Selling Sunset spin-off series about his Orange County real estate office called Selling the OC, so there’s something to look forward to in addition to the original series.

When a fan asked if she was still a member of Selling Sunset for not appearing in many promotional photos with the rest of the cast, she replied, “I’m so tired of answering this,” she posted on Twitter. “I’m in every single episode of Selling Sunset seasons 4 and 5. It’s great.” I am not included in any of the photos taken by the females.

Season 5 of Selling Sunset features a new cast member
Season 5 hasn’t gotten much attention so far. We can see many of the same actors in both seasons 4 and 5 as they were filmed close together.
Netflix’s announcement of two new seasons in March indicated that Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn will all return, along with Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet, as well as Amanza Smith and Maya Vander, and Davina Potratz.
Two new brokers have also been added to the program for Season 4, Netflix said on Twitter in May: “Season 4 has seen an increase in the number of Oppenheim banks occupied by Sunset lovers. Emma Hernan, a businesswoman with an intriguing relationship with women, and Mexican-American novella star Vanessa Villela has joined the cast.”
While Vanessa and Emma may return for Season 5, it’s more likely they’ll be part of Season 5 as well.
Christine Quinn Says She’s In “Every Single Episode” Of Season 5
Several agents at the real estate agency are concerned about Quinn’s return from maternity leave in Season 4, which is a major focus of the season. Since Quinn wasn’t included in several of the cast’s group photos before the season’s release, fans wondered if she was indeed on the show.
