Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless Headphone Leak Reveals Drastic Design Change

The comfortable, stylish, premium build of Sennheiser’s third-generation Momentum Wireless headphones earned them a spot on our list of the very best noise-cancelling cans — but a Canadian retailer is leaking just revealed that their next iteration will be very different when they launch later this month.

As you can see in the images above and below, the new Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless ditched the adjustable folding silver metal band and their whole “classic headphone look” for a swivel earcup and rounded band design that makes them MUCH more like competitors. from Sony, Bose, Apple and more. But before you feel bad, you should know that design isn’t the only thing that Sennheiser changes this gene. In June, the company promised they will now offer almost four times the battery life at 60 on a charge (from 16) when they arrive in August. And at what appears to be a suggested retail price of Canadian dollars 449.95 (about $350 USD), they may also be less expensive. The third generation model originally sold for $530 CAD / $400 USD, for comparison.

That said, if you’re interested in the classic look, the third-generation Momentum Wireless is still available for now, and you can currently find them on sale for $250. at Amazon, Dear BuYes, and more. They may or may not see even bigger discounts once the new fourth-generation model hits the shelves.
