‘Shah Rukh Khan is not the identity of India’ says Arjun Kapoor when asked about his view on premarital sex

Arjun Kapoor was asked his opinion on premarital sex at a recent event. When the reporter quoted popular dialogue by Shah Rukh Khan, Kapoor said it is not India’s identity.

But the actor does not always take it with a grain of salt and sometimes gives appropriate answers. At a recent event the actor attended, he gave a perfect answer to a person who asked him about his thoughts on premarital sex and having “multiple partners.”

ARJUN SAYS SRK’S DIALOGUE NOT INDIA’S IDENTITY

Arjun Kapoor was part of the Season 2 launch of MTV’s Nishedh. Among other things, he answered questions about abortion, tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Then a reporter asked: “The identity of our country, the strong culture of our country – where one is not allowed to have sex before marriage – why do you think there should be multiple partners before or after marriage or have open sex because the identity of India is one?” male-one female. When asked by Arjun who created such an identity for the nation, the reporter Shah Rukh Khan replied. To this Arjun replied, “Shah Rukh Khan is not the identity of India.” The actor also refused to believe that SRK would never promote ideas like this.

Continuing to talk, Arjun Kapoor said, “There are many highs and lows in one’s life. You meet a lot of people, you explore a lot of relationships. When you decide to get married, that’s a bigger problem than maybe not being married. Being in a relationship is a bigger problem, but not as big as a marriage. There are processes to get to that stage.”

“Before, if you are curious, you want to discover life, monkey uss pehle insaan se milke ye nahi decide kar sakte ke issi se shaadi hogi (you can’t just meet in person and decide whether to marry him/her). How do you know if they are right or not? If you are compatible or not? What do you understand about love at the age of 18-20? Many times you think it’s true love but later you realize that you want to focus on your career otherwise we can’t make this relationship work because there are some things that don’t work. That is allowed, why not? If you ask questions like “multiple partners,” this isn’t a video game. So change your question, the answer makes sense.”
