The temple may open in early 2024
The Ram Temple will open in early 2024, a few months before the Lok Sabha elections. The BJP hopes that after the inauguration of the Ram Temple, it will gain its electoral advantage and return to power. Given the importance of Ram Mandir to BJP, many senior leaders of the party will be visiting here in the coming months. In addition, they may try to raise the construction and inauguration of the Ram Temple as an election issue. More than half of the work on the lower floor of Ram Temple has been completed. While the sanctum sanctorum work is expected to be completed in August this year.
