American writer, actress and comedian, Nancy Ellen Walls, was born on July 19, 1966, in Cohasset, Massachusetts, USA, to Robert and Carol Walls, and grew up with her sister, Tish Vivado (née Walls). She graduated from Cohasset High School before graduating from Boston College in 1988. While studying at university, she was a member of ‘My Mother’s Fleabag’, an improv group. After graduating from college, Nancy worked in a grocery store for a few months before joining a group in Chicago’s The Second City. From 1995 to 1996, she joined “Saturday Night Live” (SNL), like most of the company’s alumni.
