The two Pop-Up Gardens created by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society — one on South Street and the other in Manayunk — transform previously vacant lots into lush landscapes with enough outdoor seating where you can relish craft beer, specialty cocktails, and seasonal menus from local restaurants.

Plus, visitors to Center City can enjoy fresh beers and food at Uptown Beer Garden, one of Philadelphia’s largest beer gardens, which spans 18,000 square feet and is located across from LOVE Park at 1500 JFK Boulevard.

4: Philadelphia’s murals with new tours from Mural Arts

Arts Murals Seven different neighborhood walking tours, including fresh new routes and old favorites, are available through Philadelphia’s famous tour program, further establishing Philadelphia as the Mural Capital of the World.
