Latarian Milton, who is now a grown man, is notorious for being a juvenile delinquent. In 2008, when he was just 7, he became a widely publicized juvenile delinquent after he stole his grandmother’s car and damaged massive property during a rage over Palm Beach. Since then he has also been known by the nickname ‘Hood Rat Kid’.

Notorious for his crazy mischief in the past, Latarian is currently 22 years old. He was born on September 30, 2000 in Palm Beach, Florida, to Mother Sheneequa. Milton’s mother, a US citizen, was only 16 when he was born. Unfortunately, no details about his father are available so far. It seems that his father left the family when Milton was a baby.
During his childhood, his grandmother Zikkita Stratford was the one who took care of him for most of his childhood. However, at the age of 7, his life took a wrong turn when he indulged in smoking and was already developing a criminal mindset.
Latarian Milton damaged several properties with a stolen car at the age of 7
As said, Milton was already enjoying himself crime at age 7. He reportedly stole his grandmother’s car and drove across Palm Beach, damaging numerous properties along the way.
According to the reports, he was in his grandmother’s SUV with his friend and drove into two mailboxes, hit two moving cars near a Walmart, and finally crashed into some cars parked in the Costco parking lot.
When questioned by the police, he stated that he was angry with his mother and that he wanted to do things with his friend. Further, he showed no remorse for his action, saying instead that “it’s fun to do bad things”. Well, this became one of the reasons why he went viral in the media.

Milton ran into trouble two weeks after the incident; Reportedly assaulted his grandmother
As if that wasn’t enough, Latarion got into hot water again sometime after the car incident. Just two weeks after the previous incident, op May 12, 2018.
He apparently attacked his grandmother while they were at a mall. The story goes like this, he was shopping with his grandmother at a local Walmart store, when he demanded a chicken wing.
She immediately rejected his request, but Milton wouldn’t have it. Soon his grandma started reprimanding him and Milton got annoyed by this and started attacking his grandma. The incident made headlines and local authorities took him for mental evolution and later dropped them off at his grandmother’s house.
Milton was set to appear in Judge Judy
After his newfound fame, Latarian received an invitation to star Judge Judy Show in June 2008. Nevertheless, he did not appear on the show after a shady deal was made between Judge Judy’s staff and Milton’s grandmother.
Reportedly, the staff wanted Latarian’s grandmother to sue her daughter for the damage her son had done to the car.
Milton completed his graduation in 2015
With all the past he’s lived behind, it’s pretty likely to assume he must have turned into a criminal. But luckily, something changed for him when he finished high school.
In 2015, the media reported on him again, but not without reason, on his graduation day. He completed his graduation from John F. Kennedy Middle School in Riviera Beach, Florida.

At the time, speaking to the media, he revealed his plans to pursue football at the national level. Furthermore, he also stated that he will continue his studies and go to a technical college and maybe join the US Navy if professional football doesn’t work out.
Where is Latarian Milton now? Reportedly charged with carjacking
While it seemed that Milton has finally become a wise man, things don’t seem to have changed much. After a rampage on the road in 2007, he’s been back accused of carjacking. The car belonged to the Lyft ride-sharing service in the West Palm Beach suburb.
According to the Lyft driver, he picked up a woman and four men, including Milton. After he dropped the woman off at an apartment, the men in the car asked him to take them to another location. But since the request was not made through the app, the driver declined it.
Of the four men, one named Joseph threatened the driver with a gun and pulled him out of the car. They stole his coat, wallet and iPhone, after which Latarian took over the driver’s seat and drove off.
As of 2023, Latarian is likely serving a prison sentence as he had been charged with carjacking as an adult in Palm Beach County since November, according to Palm Beach County arrest records.
