Who among us doesn’t love cakes and pastries? In recent years, however, baking has transformed from a mouthwatering delicacy to a popular TV genre. One after the other there were different shows about the baking art and the masterpieces these artists create. Netflix has had more than one show about baking.

The Netflix reality show is hosted by comedian and actor Nicole Byer. She is also a judge in the competition. Why was Nailed It Holiday Season One the Best?
The first season of Nailed It Holiday! is the best of the series so far. The show has adopted the tried-and-true format of the previous two non-holiday seasons. It added a low Christmas cheer, warmth and happiness to the overall experience.
Aside from the festive twist, one of the highlights of the season was the return of three fan-favorite candidates in the penultimate episode, who once again fooled themselves. In the final, the contestants were challenged to make crazy Christmas outfits and a handmade tableau instead of baking treats, which was a lot of fun. Baking upside down cakes for Santa, hand-dipped dreidels for Hanukkah and an extravagant turkey cake. And a sparkling robot cake with flashing lights was one of the other notable issues.
