Peter Palandjian was born on February 12, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts to Sheila Kelly Palandjian and Petros A. Palandjian. In terms of education, he attended Phillips Academy Andover before enrolling at Harvard University. He had a successful varsity career at Harvard, captaining the team twice and competing in NCAA singles and doubles titles. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature before enrolling at Harvard Business School.
