By Janani K: Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Yashoda is doing great in theaters. The film received mixed reviews from the critics, but it seems the audience is picking it up. Besides setting the American box office on fire, Yashoda is also doing exceptionally well in the Indian market. On Sunday, November 13, Yashoda had another exciting day at the box office. The film made over Rs 3.50 crore in India (net) in all languages.
YASHODA REGISTERS SOLID SONGS ON SUNDAY
Samantha’s Yashoda hit theaters around the world on November 11. This film marks the actress’s first pan-Indian release in five languages namely Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
Yashoda is warmly received in the theaters. On Sunday (November 13), the film collected Rs 3.50 crore in India (net). Judging by the trading reports, the film performed well over the weekend and now all eyes are on the performance of the film during the weekdays. This will determine Yashoda’s run in the theaters.
Yashoda also works wonders in the US. The film has reportedly surpassed $400k (Rs 3.2 crore) in the country and is still doing well at the box office.
